She started her Training in Drama in 2007, attending seminars, workshops, different drama schools and later the University. Also, and since then, she has explored different disciplines involving body

Also, in 2014 she started performing and training as a Clown in several Variety/Burlesque Shows. She keeps on doing this every time she can :)

TEACHING:

During 2012 she started teaching different types of body training for performers and never stopped. Focusing on physical and spacial awareness. Such as Contact Improvisation and Rhythmic Dalcroze. This last one, particularly for groups in academic environments and training applicants for their auditions for Drama Schools.

In 2015 she became a Yoga Professor and has been focusing this practice for performers as well.

Later, during 2018 and 2019 she gave different seminars in Denmark and Spain using Wind Dance as the base for training artists. Exploring the use of objects, working towards developing precision in action, connection between the performer and the environment, and the projection into the space.

Currently, she keeps teaching Yoga online and face to face.
